Am I eligible to apply?

Early access to superannuation is strictly regulated and only permitted under specific circumstances. The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) allows for early super release on compassionate grounds, including necessary dental treatment. To qualify, you must demonstrate that you are experiencing:
- Acute or Chronic Pain: Severe pain that impacts your daily life and requires urgent treatment.
- Financial Hardship: A lack of other means to pay for the required dental treatment. More detailed eligibility criteria and information can be found on the ATO website.
